These are out of this world. They taste like a very hardy biscotti. I substituted maple sugar crystals for the regular sugar and put half the amount that was asked and it tastes damn good. You can find the recipe here.

Have you tried this? if not, you must. the pizza dough recipe is the "master" recipe from the Dean and Deluca Cookbook. We found that putting the dough on the grill when its hot works best. The grill should be around 500 degrees to brown the cheese on top. Man is it good!
