Pork with Prunes

This recipe is from the Silver Spoon cookbook ...best pork that mbc has ever eaten!







Stuffed Artichoke




This is a dish that my mom's family would fight over at Easter. It's just the usual italian stuffing which consists of bread crumbs, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, basil, and fresh parsley. Pour a little water into the bottom of the pot and let it simmer for a couple of hours. It's so good. I'm salavating right now! Oh and I added a little lemon juice to it, but I didnt think it was good, I would omit the juice
